Iโm a graduate of the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine, where I helped found the schoolโs sports medicine committee and served as its inaugural president. Beyond my formal training as a Naturopathic Physician, I hold advanced certifications in aesthetic botox, dermal fillers, heavy metal chelation, hormone replacement therapy, prolotherapy/PRP, oxidative/ozone therapy, IV vitamin and nutrient therapies, and neural therapy/trigger point injections. I also hold medical prescribing authority.
In addition to my clinical work, Iโve had the privilege of teaching at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition (Vancouver) and the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. I am also a former executive board of the British Columbia Naturopathic Association (BCND) (2019-2022).
Iโm also a founding member of SIBODoctors.caโa platform created to help patients better understand the root causes of IBS and Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO), and to connect them with qualified Naturopathic Physicians who can test, diagnose, and treat these conditions.

What to Expect from a Virtual Naturopathic Medicine Consultation
Every Naturopathic Doctor approaches telemedicine a little differently. Hereโs what you can expect when you book a virtual appointment with me:
All new patients are invited to book a complimentary 15-minute consultation to get to know each other and see if weโre a good fit. Iโll share a bit about my background and approach, and youโll have a chance to ask any questions about virtual care or how the process works. If you decide to move forward, Iโll send you an intake and consent form through a secure link, which should be completed at least 48 hours before your first appointment.
Your initial 60-minute virtual consultation (via video or phone) includes a comprehensive health assessment. Weโll review your medical history, current concerns, supplements, and any recent lab work or diagnostic results. Based on this, Iโll create a treatment plan tailored to your goals. Treatment can begin right after our first session, and I typically schedule follow-up visits within one to four weeks depending on your specific needs. If itโs been more than two years since your last appointment with me, I do require that you book a new patient visit before continuing with standard 30-minute virtual follow-ups.
